The school uniform identifies each student as a student of Thomond Community College and has been agreed to by parent/guardians, students and the school authorities. It is a fundamental part of the school identity and helps to promote a positive image for the school. We expect each student to wear the full school uniform with dignity and pride and to be aware that, when in uniform, each student is representing Thomond Community College.

- Crested or uncrested completely black tracksuit pant or leggings

Please Note
- Students are expected to be in full school uniform, neat and tidy at all times, including the period of State Examinations.
- Jewellery should be discreet and kept to a minimum. Ear-rings - large hoops etc., are not acceptable. Rings should be kept to a minimum and should not attract attention due to size or number.
- Long fingernails/false nails are a Health and Safety concern particularly in practical classes and in PE, therefore fingernails should be kept neat to avoid injury to self and others.
- Clothing which is not part of the school uniform must not be worn.
- Students cannot represent the school where uniform requirements are not fulfilled.
- All uniform items should be clearly marked with the student’s name.
