At our school, STEM education is a cornerstone of our curriculum and extracurricular activities. We are committed to fostering curiosity and innovation in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics across all age groups. Our dedication to STEM has been recognized through past achievements, including winning prestigious awards like the BD STEM Stars and participating in F1 in Schools, where students demonstrate their engineering skills and creativity.
We also run a Regeneron After School Science Club, providing students with opportunities to engage in hands-on, real-world scientific inquiry. Additionally, we are passionate about promoting girls in STEM, offering targeted programs and initiatives to encourage female students to pursue careers in science, technology, and engineering. Our school is proud to create an environment where all students are inspired to excel in STEM and pursue their interests with confidence.
Recently, we received exciting sponsorship from Carelon, a leading health company, to develop a state-of-the-art MakerSpace at our school. This new space is designed to inspire creativity and innovation, providing students with the opportunity to experiment and work on their own hands-on projects. Equipped with cutting-edge tools such as a laser machine, 3D printer, Cricut machine, and a variety of STEM resources including Sphero robots and LEGO Spike Education sets, the MakerSpace allows students to explore the practical applications of technology and engineering. This initiative not only enhances our STEM curriculum but also empowers students to bring their ideas to life, fostering problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration in a dynamic, real-world setting.
