In Thomond Community College, a three-person AEN coordinator structure has been set up, linked with particular year groups, to progress the students as they move up the years. Students with Additional Educational Needs (AEN) are highly valued in our school. Our dedicated core AEN team meets weekly, and a committed group of teachers work closely with students to provide tailored support. Support classes are available both individually and in small groups. Additionally, team teaching is implemented in many areas across the school.
